We are in-network with these insurance plans:

Please note that in the New York Insurance Exchange, we only accept plans from Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield. In the New Jersey Exchange we only accept plans from Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield. Please confirm our current insurance plan participation before your first visit.

Because our offices are in different states, many insurers have different acceptance rules and networks. Make sure that you check with your insurance to confirm which location is in your netowrk.

For many plans you MUST change your primary care physician to Dr. Grossman before your first visit. You must call and confirm this change and its effective date before you see us for the first time!

Please note that we do not see patients with Medicaid or any Medicaid managed care plan, nor are we in-network for The Empire Plan for New York State employees.

If you have out-of-network benefits with any insurance plan, we will happily treat you as a patient. You must pay for your visit  in full, and we will provide you with a detailed receipt that you can submit for reimbursement. All payments are due at the time of service. For most patients only a co-pay is required. It is our policy to keep a credit card on file to settle any incidental charges, such as services not covered by your insurance plan.
